Strong demand amid tight supply, helped along by record-low interest rates – it’s not clear at all to me that things are going to change significantly in the near future. Demand will be high for a while, and prices will keep rising for a while, because inventory is so low.
 
Personally, I am grateful to have been consistently getting new listings during this period of time when inventory remains so limited. The majority of these go under contract within days, so if you are looking for something in particular, call and let me know – I may have something coming that’s just perfect for you.
 
In a volatile real estate market such as this, local knowledge is critical for both sellers and buyers. You need an agent that understands the local area like the back of their hand, and not to brag, I do.
