For example, for Longboat Key condominiums, (not including new construction) there are normally 230 to 250 active listings, and currently there are 25. But, I still see such an incredible value in Sarasota real estate and if you are ready to make a move or purchase, now is absolutely the time to explore those options. I am consistently getting new listings and as a seasoned Realtor in the Sarasota market, I’ve got a good ear to the ground to hear of additional opportunities.
