While the ‘high’ season may be over, the interest level in real estate has not diminished. Clients may not be here physically, but they are watching the market and checking in for a Facetime preview or flying in when that ideal property hits the market.
Because of limited inventory, multiple offers are still happening on appropriately priced properties with continued interest in updated residences. Some Sellers choose to test higher price points, and depending on desirability some Buyer push back is occurring.
