With Easter falling early this year, and spring break winding down, our seasonal residents are packing up or already enroute to their northern homes. However, the level of activity in our office is still very robust with buyers that chose to wait until the traffic crush of season has passed to begin their search. With a few specific community exceptions, our inventory levels have risen over 2024, much faster than the rest of the country. This bodes well for the buyer who wants to explore their options at leisure.

 

The luxury real estate market in Sarasota continues to thrive, attracting affluent buyers from around the globe. While there may be some fluctuations in the overall market, experts predict that the luxury sector, representing residences of over $1,000,000, will remain stable. Currently, we are seeing a high demand for correctly priced, updated residences with water views and within communities with desirable amenities.
