What is 2021 shaping up to be? Here’s what I saw after a recent search. Normally at this time of year, there are about 225 condominiums for sale on Longboat Key – I see about 80. More striking, at this point in ‘season’ I would see about 100 single-family homes for sale and there are about 30. The challenge going forward is having enough inventory to meet the demand.

Based on the above, you would think the market may be quiet. Maybe it is for some, but I don’t recall being so busy! Just in the month of January I have listed and/or sold 24 properties.
