Our housing market has been on a meteoric rise in value and potential profitability – similar to the overall projectory of Sarasota – we are having our moment. At the end of 2022, I didn’t know what to expect. but I’ve finished January 2023 with over $10 Million sold – well over the sales I’ve ever recorded in any January. Inventory levels, as well, are rising back to more normal levels, which means the market is clearly transitioning from a strong seller’s market to a more balanced and healthy market. This season is shaping up to be one for the record books.
