Once again, the Sarasota area has outpaced most of the country with high sales activity in the first quarter of 2024. While ‘numbers’ are typically how Realtors judge where the market is headed, for me, taking the time for real conversation with every client to share my insights with the goal of getting the best outcome is the most gratifying feeling of the entire sale process. Building a successful relationship with every buyer and seller I work with is paramount, and has resulted in over $40M in sales in the first three months of 2024.

 

This season with the increase in inventory, seller expectations have had to adjust but the fundamentals remain the same: updated properties that are priced appropriately have sold quickly. As we move through this year, my abilities to effectively and creatively market your property continues to be of incredible value. Early on, I invested in products to showcase your residence over and above the ‘standard’.
