Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker and we are at our brand new listing at the Players Club. Now the Players Club is located on South Longboat Key, which has great access to St. Armands. And you’ll see, in a few minutes, we are directly on the Gulf. It’s really a well-designed community. You have a saltwater swimming pool, a brand new clubhouse that was done a few years ago. And as you’ll see, by where I’m standing in the kitchen, it was redone. It was about 10 years ago, but it looks like it was yesterday. It’s a great size. It’s a three-bedroom, three-bath, about 2100 square feet. So why don’t you follow me, and let me show you as we walk from the kitchen. And as you’ll see, we have a living room, dining room combination, and the reason that we’re all here is right out this way.
And we’ve also got great sliders, we’ve got the hurricane glass high-impact glass, and then as you’ll see, we’re on the first living level, which makes it feel kind of like a single family home. And you may or may not be able to, but you can hear the waves, hear the Gulf, and you can see how nicely manicured the grounds are.
And if you’re a tennis player, which I am, getting worse as I get older, but there are four hard, true tennis courts, which is exactly what you want. And I think, as I said before, the swimming pool is a saltwater pool. And what I also love about the Players Club, a lot of mid-rise or high-rise buildings, they’re just straight up and down. And if you look across the way here, you see how architecturally unique it is with the trellis, some are open, you’ve got the tile. So really as you’re looking partially at another building, it’s nice to look at one that is attractive. So I really think you would like this residence. And as I will say, in this market, do not delay because things are happening very quickly. I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker, see you on the Key.
