Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I’d like to introduce you a very special residence. We’re in Fairway Bay, which has a series of mid-rise and townhouse buildings. This one is exceptionally special because it has a boat slip that can accommodate up to a 40-foot boat. Come on in and let me show you the rest.

The residence has a little over 1600 square feet, and architecturally, is really well done. As you’ll come in, you’ll see that we have high ceilings with skylights. You can see how bright it is. The other important factor is we’re facing about due south, and if you’ll look out, we have a number of boats that are in the Marina here.
