I want to introduce you to our brand new listing at 1918 harbourside drive townhouse #902 fairway bay is the name of the community and if there’s any place on longbow key I know extremely well it’s fairway bay and that the first residence I ever owned was number 1401 over by the community swimming pool here back in the early 80s here for seven or eight years and with that being said I have been in probably every single town home in mid-rise in fairway bay and I will tell you this is the nicest townhouse of its kind I have ever ever been in so once you follow me upstairs we’ll take a look so now we’re on the first living level and the detail work here is so much you can’t even really describe it all one thing of course being a wine lover you know look how they creatively put in a kind of a a wine rack here the other thing that is really really neat now look at this it’s a you know it looks like a bookshelf but then when we open this up and we’ve got coat closet and storage now that is creative so then as we come through and notice how it’s all open even the ceiling treatments that that were done and the secret to this home it the owner is a designer and she’s very very very talented.
