I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I’d like to introduce you to our brand new listing in Fairway Bay. It’s 1930 Harbourside Drive, apartment number 152. Now what that means, the first number is the building, the second number is the floor. So we’re on the fifth floor, which is the penthouse. And I want you to take a look that as you’re on your way to the residence, you also have a view back over of the Gulf of Mexico. Fairway Bay is a really unique community, has a series of townhouses along with the mid-rises, too. So if you will, follow me in and let me show you what a great view we have here.

As you can see, we’re now on the bayfront terrace, and being on the top level, as we kind of pan across, you’ll see Arvida, which was the developer, did a channel, navigable channel right in front of us here. Then you have a row of mangroves, which do not bother us because we’re so high. And as a matter of fact, you’ll see a lot of wildlife, a lot of birds, you’ll see some various fish come through. And then as we’re looking towards Sarasota, from here, I can see the Ringling Bridge downtown, and then a little bit to our left slightly is the airport. It’s kind of fun. You’ll see airplanes taking off and landing. And at night you’ve got some great, great lights across the city.
