That means we’re in building three on the first floor on the corner. And the corner apartments in Fairway Bay are absolutely the best because they have a side terrace here. And as you’ll notice, and we’ll go outside in just a second, notice the kitchen, how it has a nice view out towards the bay, which is where we’re going to head right now. So, follow me. And Fairway Bay allows pets. Now, it’s only up to 15 pounds, but if you are a pet owner, we’re on the first level, and what’s really neat for a pet over here, and you’ll see that you’ve got a stairwell that leads straight down here.

And you don’t even have to own a pet. And the other thing we’ll do, we’ll zoom in right here and you’ve got a kayak launch, just a little bit to our right there. There we go.
