I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I want to tell you about a residence and this number says it all right here. You see 555, that means that we are on the penthouse of an Atrium community. There are two buildings here, and this is one of the two best within the whole community. And you’ll see by the double gates that we have and also something very special with the double door entrance. We even have skylights above, making for some nice light as we go in. Come on in and let me show you the rest.
Now this is the reason it’s called the Atrium. I want you to be able to see how as we kind of pan down… and you’ll see there’s a waterfall, which is part of why we have a little bit of noise in the background. And then as you look up you notice what a beautiful, sunny day it is today, with an open air, what I call a very Florida feeling building.
