Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker.
I want to introduce you to our brand new listing it’s in the Atrium 2120 Harborside Drive apartment #651. This in my opinion is one of the best floor plans, it’s called The Banyan. It’s about 2500 square feet and we are on the top floor so the penthouse higher ceilings and when we get outside you’ll be able to tell we have a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as of the bay and this is such a coveted location that the current owners were the first purchasers from the developer in 1989 and they made some great great changes they were able to do so during the course of construction one is just to open up the kitchen as you see here that was really more of a solid wall and there are a number of other things around the residents that really make it very special.
As you can see we’re now out on the terrace and what I love about this location you have complete privacy you do not have another tall building next to you as a matter of fact you’ll notice there’s kind of a navigable channel, Arvada was a developer which they did many years ago I’ve seen a number of manatees playing there in the distance you’ll see harper’s side moorings it’s one of the largest marinas on the west coast of Florida and the other thing that is absolutely wonderful being within the what’s called the bay isles area gated and you have easy access to Publix CVS, all kinds of shops up there so the location couldn’t be any better and you have to look a little carefully but there is a slight view of the gulf and you will get some pretty neat sunsets from this side even even though we’re on the on the bay side of the island.
