Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I’m going to introduce you to our brand new listing in Atrium. It’s residence number 636. And you’ll hear a little noise in the background, that’s the reason it’s called the atrium because it’s got a nice waterfall. So follow me in. Let’s take a look.

We’ve got two bedrooms and a den. A little over 2000 square feet. As you look throughout the residence, the current homeowners stripped it down, renovated it from top to bottom, made all the right choices, color-wise, with the materials they used. Notice how we’ve got the nice high ceilings here with the soffit lights. And then what I love about it, you see the way the kitchen opens up and follow me.
