Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker, and I am really excited to show you this residence.
Starting from the beginning, we have a private elevator, and notice we have a grand double-door entrance. The doors are about eight feet tall.
Then what is really special, if you’ll notice that we have views all the way through. In here, we’re looking at part of the Harbourside Golf Course, North Bay. Then if we turn around this way, in my opinion, this is one of the best views on all of Longboat Key. As you come closer … and look at the way the lights are coming off of the marina here. We are high enough on the eighth floor that we have the Gulf of Mexico. Then as we pan around, notice where there’s the bridge into Sarasota, and that is downtown Sarasota. You will always have light throughout the day, and the lights at night are absolutely gorgeous. So you’re going to have sunrises. From the other side of the home, sunsets and city lights. Then if we look down, this is hole number nine on the Blue Heron Golf Course. You don’t see anybody playing right now, but it’s always fun to see the good and the bad golf swings.
I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. See you on the Key.
