Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I want to introduce you to our brand new listing at 3040 Grand Bay Boulevard, Apartment 294. Now, this is special. I want you to notice that for all the residents in Grand Bay, you have your own private elevator coming up. And if these doors were closing, these are some of the nicest looking doors I’ve seen, and these are fireproof, so they meet code. Then as we come in and I’m going to show you why this is one of my most favorite floor plans because as you see, we are looking all the way to the Gulf of Mexico this way. And because we’re on the ninth floor, we got 10-foot ceilings that are very unique, all the floors below are nine.
And then as we come out here, then we’ve got Sarasota Bay, look at downtown. So you’re going to have the sunrises in the morning and then you’re going to have lights at night. Now if we go to our left, Mr. Dan, and we’ll see why we have a little noise going on here. So we’re on the Blue Golf Course. This is hole number eight, which is a par four. And they’re doing some major renovation to keep it in great shape as they always do. So you go from green at hole number eight to the tee box at number nine, which then you finish up near the marina over here.
As you can see, we’re in the kitchen, the residence has been completely renovated, top to bottom, except for the master bath, which still looks good. And what I love about it too, if you look at the color selections that they made, the cabinetry is all soft close. If we look at this light fixture, I really like the design, it kind of goes with the residence. And then I’m going to walk outside, follow me.
So we’ve gone from the bayside to now the Gulf. Now, look how special this is? Being on the ninth floor, we’ve got the Gulf of Mexico. You’re going to have sunsets from this side. And it’s kind of neat because it gives you a perspective of the Longboat Key Club. Here’s the golf course, which is intertwined throughout. There are other communities in the distance, you got Sable Cove, Corey’s Landing. And what’s really, really neat, Grand Bay has two swimming pools. And also two Har-Tru tennis courts and a great, great clubhouse with exercise equipment. I call it a resort unto itself. I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker, see you on the Key.
