Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I’d like to welcome you to our fabulous new listing in Sabal Cove. 3302 Sabal Cove Lane and you can tell right from the beginning, look at these fabulous double doors, and then please follow me in and we’ll take a look at the rest of the house.

Notice as we come in, we have doors also leading out to a fabulous pool and a covered lanai. And we have a great direction, we are facing about due West/Southwest, which means we’re going to get a lot of nice sun and you will see one fabulous awning that is on a remote control. So you don’t have to crank it, which would be hard to do. Then as we also take a look, it’s a great floor plan. The master suite is on the first level and you’ll see the doors that are leading into there. And then as we come around, this is a wonderful kitchen and family room.

And you’ll also notice how we have really high ceilings. The detail work is really fabulous and notice the kitchen, which was all redone a few years ago. And then if we look this way, we won’t go upstairs, but it’s a great floor plan because there are actually two guest bedrooms that are upstairs, so your guests will have a lot of privacy.
