I want to introduce you to our brand new listing at 3610 bayou circle the bayou is a coveted community within the longboat key club one of 18 areas here and we have about 127 home sites within the bayou and this house is absolutely tremendous I’m sure as we move in closer you know take a look at the volume that we have the roof which is important in today’s insurance was put on in 2019 so come on in and let me show you the rest okay the home was built in 1993 and it’s a design that I’ve always loved what I call a great room effect so notice how we have high ceilings and as we were coming through the front doors we got kind of the living room area and then as we pan take a look at the kitchen and flowing into what we would call the family room the other great thing it has four bedrooms and that is really really highly sought after.
