Now it’s very unusual to start at a garage, but if you know condominiums and how important it can be, this is a two car garage with a lot of space on either side. So many places you’re lucky to get one space or sometimes none. This is a huge feature. Now follow me upstairs and we’ll take a look at the rest.
Okay, we’re working our way into the house. But before we get there, I wanted to show you this great terrace. And not only is it difficult to have a two car garage, but also, so many places you cannot grill outside. And I want to point out this little guy right here is for a hookup for a grill and it’s natural gas. So you have two car parking, the gas grill, and great access to St. Armands and downtown.
Now let’s look inside. And as you’ll see, we have a well-designed kitchen, a lot of cabinetry. I love the light coming in here over the sink, which is difficult to find at times.
