I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker, and I want to introduce to you one magnificent home. We are at 510 Harbor Cay, which is in the Harbor section of the Longboat Key Club, within Bay Isles. This is the most coveted single family home community on all of Longboat as there are 67 home sites all around Deep Water Canal, and you could not ask for a better location. The other thing that’s really important too, you’re a member of what’s called the Bay Isles Beach Club. So very, very close to you, there’s a great pavilion, showers, parking lot, easy access to get to the beach. Now follow me in and let me show you a few of the highlights.

Now, as you can tell, we’re inside the house, and this is one magnificent kitchen, family room. Notice all the light coming in, we’re facing South, which is really important. And then if you follow me over here, for those of us that like to party a little bit, look at this nice bar which goes out, and we’ll take a peek outside in a second to a great screened area. Now, follow me because right off of the kitchen, family room… Now, this is our movie theater and we’ve got blackout curtains here. You can see it’s a big, huge screen, a nice sofa, couple of chairs.
