Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker. I want to introduce you to our fabulous new listing in The Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is one of the premier locations on Longboat Key with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, the Links golf course on the other, and close to St. Armands and to downtown Sarasota.

If you’ll see, by standing here, this is a huge room and you cannot get any better location. We are directly on the Gulf front. I have the sliders open and you can hear the waves crashing up on the sand. It’s a beautiful afternoon. We’re in building number two of the five buildings. This is one that is directly on the Gulf. A couple of the others are kind of angled, which still gives good views, but nothing like what we have here.

Also, I wanted to point out it’s a great floor plan because what you have is the master suite is directly on the Gulf.
