Hi, I’m Bruce Myer with Coldwell Banker, and I’m excited to introduce you to our brand new listing at the Sanctuary. This is a very, very special residence. We’re in building two, apartment 602, which is one of the best locations of its type within the community. It is so special. We even have a skylight, we’re in a penthouse. We have a skylight in the entryway, and now I would like to have you come and take a look at how beautiful and direct Gulf front we are. We also have a brand new glass, all the windows and sliders have been replaced.

And you can also notice how private the terrace is, and you can see what a beautiful view we have. And if you look to our south, we’re just a short bit away from the resort at Long Boat Key Club. So you don’t have to have a lot of guests in your house. We got Lido and Siesta that was in the distance and beautiful part, it’s a fairly calm day, but the sound and the lure of the Gulf is absolutely spectacular.

And then what I would like to do is then to show you the views from the other side, that we also have a golf course and bay view. So follow me.

Now we’re on the bayside, which makes this residence extremely unique to have both the Gulf and the bay views. So let me show you from the bayside terrace. And being on the sixth floor, because of our elevation, we get great golf course views, Sarasota Bay, and downtown Sarasota. Also part of the community, it’s gated.
