I want to introduce you to our brand new listing in 1906 harbor link circle this is in a community called emerald point south and it is really a neat enclave of only 16 homes and the other great part about not only the design as you’ll see when we go in but you’re very very close to the entrance into bay isle so if we go out here turn right in a very short way then we’re at the bay isles beach club and that is really a coveted situation because so many times if you live on the bay side of an island there’s no place to park your car to get to the beach all bail’s residents have a private access there with kind of an open-air pavilion showers and lockers so it’s a great way to get to the sand so follow me on in okay now we’re in our private courtyard this is.
