There are only 56 homes, or you might say attached villas, but they feel very much like a single-family home. Follow me in. I want to show you the freshly landscaped courtyard. They're very patriotic, you see the American flag here.

As we come around this way… and so many condominiums, parking is difficult to get. With this you have a two-car garage coming in from right here. Notice how you have a covering as you come through so you're not out in the sun or the rain Follow me inside, let's take a look at that.

Okay. Now that we're inside, you'll notice as we go through how it has been meticulously renovated. Notice the flooring, got the nice high ceilings.
