Sarasota and her islands are magical during the Holidays. Aside from ideal weather, the area comes alive with visitors and winter residents all here to enjoy our thriving arts, culture, and recreational opportunities. With continuing population growth, 2022 looks like another strong year for Sarasota real estate. I think COVID-19 brought a new focus to many Americans. When they ask themselves, ‘Where do I want to live, work and enjoy life?’ the answer often turns out to be right here. 

 

As the year draws to a close, I want to thank all my clients and let you know how much I appreciate your continued confidence in me to represent your real estate transactions.
