L' Ambiance condominiums, located on the southern end of Longboat Key, nestled behind the prestigious gates of the Longboat Key Club, this 136 resident community offers an exclusive, convenient, luxurious living experience. This upscale community was built between 1992 and 1994.

Floor Plans

Residences range from 2,385 to 5,170 square feet. There are three distinct floor plans outside of the penthouse level: Sabel, Royal, and Areca.  

Lease Restrictions

The minimum lease period is 3 months up to 1 time per year.

L' Ambiance is a pet friendly community that allows each owner one cat or dog up to 30 lbs.
