Welcome to The Atrium
The atrium, also known as Fairway Bay III, is an association of two mid-rise buildings consisting of 80 total residences with breathtaking views of Sarasota Bay. Each residence has covered, under-building parking and a storage locker. The Atrium is the newest addition to Fairway Bay, not a standalone community. Fairway Bay is comprised of three associations: Fairway Bay I, Fairway Bay II, and Fairway Bay III (Atrium).
