2022 - A Very Successful Year for Bruce Myer

Six of 2022’s top 10 residential real estate transactions on Longboat Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Key and Bird Key reached the $10 million level – and Bruce Myer represented the sale of two of them.

John Ringling Estates: Bruce Myer represented the sale of 171 S. Washington Drive, Sarasota, for $10.06 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, seven-and-two-half baths, a pool and 11,246 square feet of living area.

Bay Isles: Bruce Myer represented the sale of 550 Harbor Point Road, Longboat Key, for $10 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,062 square feet of living area. This sale also represented the highest priced single family home sold on the entire bayside of Longboat Key, ever.

Bruce Myer completes 2022 as the #8 Realtor out of over 8,600 in Sarasota and Manatee counties, with over $97 Million in sales. He also maintains his perennial status as the top selling Realtor on Longboat Key.
